Most of emulators has same base OS fingerprint. That's why they trigger captcha at registration and phone verification just after an account is created.

Yes it's androind platform. If you want to create multiple account then you should use Nox. You can create multiple devices and use as you are using Android phone. You have to download Instagram app in each device and then you can create accounts multiple accounts.
 
You can use proxy chaining for max anonymity. The main point is basically a proxy in a proxy in a proxy etc. But as said above, VPN will just work fine too. Btw, never had any 'issue' of managing multiple accounts (50+) from my laptop, just by using different browsers incognito and portable versions.

Multilogin app (expensive) + proxies. If you want to avoid phone verifications, better if you have always the same fingerprint (Canvas, Webgl, User agent, etc).

was thinking to use vm ware on vps but i hear doesnt work,Am trying to set up a back connect proxy server, is a vps needed? or can just have it setup in this vmware

I think VMware or multi-login is the only way you can create multiple accounts, specially on facebook. Incognito mode can get at most 2-3 accounts.
