If you can read PHP, reverse engineering it is an easy way. I got a "nulled" version of a Envato WP plugin, however they did not remove the license checker. So I went into the files to snoop around finally going to the autoupdate file which contained it. The EASIEST method to remove these license checks is to look at the PHP conditions. Guys/Girls Do yourself a favor and learn some basic PHP(That's all I know). There will be a condition that says if license is good; do this if bad; do this. This is where you remove the good, and leave bad as the only option to perform regardless if there is a license or not. Also the beginning of the my script had a envato license checker(connects to http://crivion.com/envato-licensing/index.php), just remove the whole code that does this. One of the great things about this forum is that you LEARN and improve your own skillset. Good luck peeps!
