how to multi account on instagram? Help!

Hello, i am new to Instgram. And i realy need your guys help. I have Follow liker soft. i use proxys form myprivateproxy But i am struggling with creating account and buying them. if there is a option to buy acc i can spend some money. But i just both 10 accounts 6m old. Opend them with a proxy to chnage there profiles and i got banned. What i am doing wrong. do i need to change my device setting that IG cant see that i am using one computer. I dont realy know what VSP is. Can it help. And if how i need to use it for multi accounting to not get banned again. Thank you guy.
