Hi guys!

I've got a small YouTube channel my virtual assistant is working on building out. Essentially it's just a montage/clip channel and therefore cannot be monetized through YouTube's own ad network from what I've gathered.

What's the best way to monetize this moving forwards? Is there another 3rd party service out there that can connect me to brands/advertisers and I can just add my own ad into the videos themselves? Is there a standard rate of say $5/1000 views and is that based upon average video views? I know I've seen others do this, but not sure if there's a marketplace to help facilitate that? Are there other options I'm not considering?

I even considered just opening up a quick dropshipping site that through analytics, should be a good product fit for my specific demographic.. my thought process is I can drive free traffic to my site from both YouTube and Pinterest where I have a following, get some organic sales, and let my FB pixel mature before testing some ads with look alike audiences

Open to hearing any and all ideas! Appreciate any help

No sadly no one will sponsor your videos if u don't have big audience. You should go with affiliate marketing or use that dropshipping idea that u have.

What would you define as a big audience? If my channel was getting say 100k views total a day, would that be attractive?

As far as affiliates go, just Amazon with links in the description? Or should I point them to a website with blogs/links?

100K per day and f u have a good amount of subscribers yes u can find some sponsors tho. Not only Amazon but there is a lot of affiliate networks but since Amazon it's broad thing , yes u can do it. I will say create a website and put articles , apply for adsense also and use your channel as a traffic source to bring traffic to your site.
