How to monetize database of IPs

I have a big database (millions) of IPs interested in beauty products. Give me some ideas how I can monetize that database.

IP? Well, not much to do to be honest, there's no way to contact them. Sorry but, worthless.

You can't monetize them a normal way. There are other ways to make money from that ip pool though.

People don't have IP-s, they have names. IP-s are used to recognize a certain device or map domain names, so in reality, you have nothing!

I think you were talking about the log of visitor IPs at some e-commerce website. In this case you have no use of those IPs.
