How to monetize a 2000 users/day celebs website?

Hi all,

I am running a celebrity website which 99% includes images of various celebs.

This website is 3 years old and is now getting some decent traffic, about 2000 users per day.

The top 5 most visited countries are India (60%+), USA, UAE, Canada and Australia.

I tried Adsense but they did not approve the site due to lack of post content and the nature of the content (semi-nudity blah..blah blah)

Aprpeciate if you could give some light on the ways I can monetize this website.

It’s risky to your traffic but you can try running CPA ad overlays. Mostly CPA offers or ads that are allowed to be closed but would pop back up after let’s say 45 seconds?

You could try:
- what I listed above
- capturing emails & marketing to the list.
- Try MediaNet for contextual ads, Adthrive, LosPollos (is actually here on the forum), Monumetric, PropellerAds.
- Having a shop/store on the website and selling merch.

I’m just spitballing some ideas I’ve seen thrown around/some I’ve done on sites rejected by Adsense.

I applied to Adskeeper some months ago, I still use their widgets and I like it.
