How to market on Facebook?

I know how to run ads for fanpage growth but.

When advertising a product or service, what do you do?
Buy accounts,add friends, join groups? What is the primary method?

I've already experimented but my accounts just get blocked

start slowly, don't just sign up for an account and do 20 things at once, build useful content about your products on your website and put links to it with a customized description in groups that are related to what you are selling, start a facebook page about your product or service and link back to it in groups, start slowly and build up content that has VALUE, make sure you capture emails on your web page when linking to it and start building an audience that you provide useful content to on a regular basis, good luck!

As a start, I joined about 30 facebook groups with a 4 month old account.
Result: BLOCKED FROM JOINING OR POSTING TO GROUPS FOR 2 WEEKS.
Reaction: IM DONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

I have a very old account where ive already joined groups so il post to groups and see what happens
