How to Manage Bulk Pinterest accounts?

There are plenty of sales thread on BHW selling Bulk Pinterest accounts but i wasn't able to find any thread selling a tool to manage those accounts. Can someone please outline or recommend any reliable proxy enabled tool to manage those pinterest accounts? Thanks

pinpioneer also is pretty solid ... only downside is there you can't create boards automatically ... ( you have to log in manually to each account and create boards ... )
