We are trying to get traffic (600.000 p/month) on website and make it show up for example on SEMrush or Hrefs, just in case a company checks if the traffic is really going to that specific domain. What is the best way to approach this?

I already started using this service SparkTraffic. They offer 3 packages, Website Traffic, SEO Traffic and Link Building. We started using Website Traffic understanding this would be enough. But after chatting with them, they say for it to show up on SEMrush for example, we need to use their SEO Traffic packages which is pretty expensive.

Does anyone have tips or know the best way to approach this? Any better ways (alternatives)? Thanks.

I think that if it is real traffic, it will be displayed.
Do you know any alternatives to manipulate the amount of webhits, so eventually it will be visible on for example SEMrush or Ahrefs, so compliance departments will see it is valid.

Focus on organic strategies like quality content creation, SEO optimization, and building backlinks from reputable sources. Avoid services like Spark Traffic; they often use bot traffic and can harm your site's credibility.

Hi all, thanks for the answers. Totally makes sense running a normal store… Let me explain a bit better. We will use the websites mainly to push other (legal but less compliance for banks) traffic through. For the banks we will need to show at one point an amount of traffic to make the processed amount feasible. We can show our Google analytics but need to show up on external sites aswell like Semrush… others… Preferably with a history but unfortunately we cant go back in time. We switched on SparkTraffic a month ago to build up some history but it doesn’t show on Semrush. The big question is how do we make this happen We will launch 10 websites so need to get this right. I appreciate all the help and input we can get and will send you a virtual beer for your input…

Even the traffic shows up on semrush, if you scroll down you will see what keywords you are ranking for and that will give up your game.
So don't do it. You will waste money trying to game semrush traffic analytics.

Semrush and other tools predict your traffic and deliver results. The most guaranteed result is the counter you will add to your site.

However, Google analytics also counts those sending fake traffic.

For full detailed traffic analysis, you can use the Semrush .TRENDS packaged version.

A friend of mine who works in SEO shared some interesting secrets on how to artificially boost website traffic. He runs a netlinking business and uses some lesser-known methods to inflate the audience on his sites. I think some of you might help me understand more, as he wouldn’t reveal all his secrets.

Here’s what he explained: platforms like Semrush estimate traffic based on the volume of keywords a site ranks for, so he manages to "fake" these numbers to strategically boost his audience. One of his techniques involves manipulating the search volume of specific target keywords.

For instance, he runs Facebook Ads campaigns and redirects the clicks to specific Google search queries, which creates artificial search volume. This makes those keywords appear more popular, which increases their value and improves his site’s positioning. As a result, he boosts his Semrush ranking and attracts more clients through netlinking platforms.

I think it's a pretty clever approach, but I still don’t fully understand it :
1. Could someone here explain in detail how this technique works?
2. Does it have a specific name?
3. And are there other ways to increase traffic like this without using Facebook Ads and bots ?

Get traffic to show on SEMrush by ranking for keyword, creating SEO content, and setting up position
tracking in your project.

By focusing on organic growth, leveraging reliable tools, and avoiding artificial traffic scams, you can not only achieve your traffic goals, but also ensure that they are visible and verifiable on platforms like SEMrush and Ahrefs.

Has anyone managed to find a service that actually increases the total traffic shown on SEMrush?
From what I know, SEMrush pulls data from various internet sources , like trends, analytics estimates, and similar stats , to calculate traffic numbers. Otherwise, there’d be no way for them to know a website’s real traffic volume. Thanks
