I just wanna sell my shoes and when i list it gets disabled right away. Any way around ths

You will need:
Anti-detect such as Dolphin (Free plan for 10 profiles) or Multilogin (Paid, I find it better but its more expensive)

And a good residential proxy, which can be found in the marketplace
 
First, make sure the shoes you want to sell are not fake brands. then you need to change the image and content. FB has guidelines for wording, which you can learn about on GG. then you need to change the IP and go to a new campaign. create 1 new account and warm it up before creating camp
 
Certain niches, high manual reviews : includes shoes (if we can call it a niche). So, replica shoes or whatever shoes, manual reviewer will go to your landing page (doesn't matter if even if you cloak) and any indication of copy / replica, all the accounts will go "down" very fast. Change your niche (the scene is not like how it has been, a lot has changed as far as FB Ads, FB marketplace is concerned).

is it like that for all replica stuff or just shoes? would a niche like replica sports shirts be different?

Niches in which replicas of big brands are common (shoes, clothes, watches, etc) will always be delicate to run in FB Ads.
 
I still sell replica shoes with ig ads every day.
You don’t even need cloaking. Just warm up an account an only after a week or so go you for it.

Some old tips
- Warm-up campaigns such as reach campaigns which not violate Facebook policy
- Cloak the link, content, and creatives
- Once the campaign is set up, let the campaign stay in draft for 5-10 minutes then press publish
- You should start the campaign with a small budget, as the campaign works and spend, increase the budget gradually
