On top of the reasons everyone mentioned above, If you are uploading the same image from multiple accounts or the same images after your first accounts got banned, the images are probably flagged.

If the same image is being posted over and over again it can easily be detected through its "hash value", you can google that after you read a little bit about it here.

Try to check other threads here in BHW and see what people are using, I never needed one lately.

I will search for it. I was thinking that adding a small dot on the image using a photo editor could change the hash value.

I asked a more technical friend of mine, actually it's not that easy, you will need to find a tool that was built for that.

Also, you should consider changing the image size and maybe apply some image filters to it, if you keep getting caught after changing the hash value through a specialized software.

You can not launch conversion campaign before launching normal engagement campaign for a few days. It's called warm-up. Major actions like adding card and creating an ad account should be done in separate days. Use your friends or family FB profile to create campaign on their personal ad account, it is safer to use it instead of business manager in the current times. I don't think that you are getting flagged because you sell replica or something like that, but just suspicious behavior because for Facebook everything might be a flag if you rush it too much. Just do it step by step with adding card and warming up for a week until you reach $40-$50 of spent and then it's good to use old page if you have that to launch your conversion campaign. When it gets approved leave it spending for some time don't change or update it on the next day.
