BuiltWith Trends is tracking 126,000+ sites that use Amazon S3 as their primary method of hosting so in Google's eyes this is "normal" and expected to see some backlinks to your money site coming from a Amazon S3 hosted website.

If you want to make them look pretty, Themeforest site templates are about 1/3rd the cost of Wordpress themes.
