How to make paypal verified?

Hi,
I know there are 2 options available to get verified in paypal.
1.By credit card
2.By paying money.

But one of friend got verified with out doing above points.One of expert said about this was ..the paypal account can also be verified by means if a seven verified users paid to his account then that account will be verified.Is this true..

It's the first time I hear about that >.<

If it does work, then that's a big fail for PP.

The only 2 ways to get verified by paypal is to add and confirm your bank account. Or apply and be accepted for a paypal credit card.

Don't cost a dime!

Unless you are from another country like India etc, where you can use money you have made in your paypal to buy a $5 virtual credit card, add it to your account and then its fully verified!!

However, in the US/UK and I 'think' EU/CAN/AU require a bank account to be 'verified' and adding a credit/debit card only gives you 'confirmed' status.

I think it can't happen. THere are hundreds or payments done and if one gets verified just by getting payment from 7 people then whats the use of making users unverifid.

Verification depends on which country you are from - easiest way to find out how is log into you paypal account , click the Unverified link, and follow the instructions.
