Having only one PR 4 link its hard to sell. You can try getting more high PR sites and start selling links. BTW how many visitors you get and whats the niche.
get a theme, put some content on it with older dates also so it looks like you took care of it. after it looks like a normal website, go on dp forum and post a topic that you're selling links to it. sell as many links as you can then drop it and get another one

Sorry to burst your bubble there, but that domain looks like it's got a bumped pr (fake). The only backlink it has is from an N/A domain information site. Remember that google keeps a realtime record of PR but displays a snapshot of it every few months. It looks like someone 301'd a high PR domain to it just before the update to bump this sites PR, and then removed the link.
Always gotta check the backlinks before buying a domain. Take this as a lesson learned.

i know about that backlinks.. but i checked PR with google official toolbar and also checked many sites about this but none of them reported fake..

Valid pagerank checkers only look for redirected fake PR (domain 301 to a another high PR), it doesn't check for bumped PR (high Pr 301 pointing to domain just before PR snapshot). The latter being much less common than the former. Only way to check for that is to look at the backlinks manually.

When you buy PR domains, use ahrefs, majesticseo, or opensite explorerd. Check the backlinks and make sure that at least some of them have PR of their own. If the domain you're buying is a PR1-3, sometimes the domain might not have any high PR backlinks, but it will have a high number of pr N/A-1's
A bumped PR is when the link that was giving your domain the high PR (It's usually a high PR link itself), is no longer there. However, because there's a 2-3 month delay in the snapshot of PR that google shows you, you'll only see the true PR at the next update/snapshot.

No, it will most likely be PR 0 because that's really what it is right now. The toolbar PR is not up to date.

Well, you could try and sell links from it if you don't feel bad about doing so (although I wouldn't). A lot of other people don't know how PR works. This would pretty much be scamming though, so I don't recommend it at all. You'll probably a few angry customers too that know how to check (and not too lazy to do it).
You could always just use the domain and build a website with it. No point letting a domain go to waste. However, first thing I would do is remove the url name from this forum here.

I can give you info, but I won't help you sell links from it knowing about it's PR.
Also for future reference, I wouldn't post a domain url at all in a blackhat forum, especially one that doesn't have private whois registration. It takes 2 min to track down every other website you have under the same info.
