True. Many ways you can do that, but have to put some money on it. Nowadays, you can even buy YouTube video ranking, likes, comments, shares & etc. But even though you just buy it, if the service provider provide you with real ones, it will be a great engagement in the future with your real audience

For subs, you can use any exchange service I guess. I've personally experienced huge drops when using youlikehits, but I guess you can't go without drops when dealing with such sites.
For views, I don't think buying is a good option atm. Most providers I know are pretty expensive ($0.70+) and only offer 2-3 minutes retention at max. Quite pricy to get 240k watchtime with those.
