Filipe, you really would be better off posting that initial sentence or two in English as that is the preferred language and idiots like me do not understand nor read Portuguese.
 
These are spammed bookmarking sites which aren`t even indexed. Also English is the language we are using here.

What did I just read? In Brazil, is the algo ineffective or as idiotic as me for not being able to decipher what you are saying hence put the sites on first page?

It means when these domains aren`t indexed in google then there`s zero value for the backlinks.
