How to Make an Image Original for SEO eCommerce Websites?

Hello,

I do not have an original product image but I want to manipulate to make it original, is there any way?

Some options come into my mind:

1. Convert into black & White or Grayscale

2. Take screenshot and convert into an image


More thoughts are welcome.

It's not that hard, maybe rotating it a bit and cutting a few pixels off the edges is enough. If you want to go a little further change the saturation of the image.

Actually, if you read the image property, you will find that original source information is included like on device it is created and other meta data. So, I want to replace these information and add my own by converting it.

Of course, I would be using some programming languages to convert these images because they are thousands of images but I want to make sure I get original images to get maximum SEO value.

That is removed when you edit them.

The metadata you are mentioning about is called EXIF data. You can easily strip that with a tool like

Or through any image editor. Most probably strip it when you export your image anyways.

Speaking of what to edit, making a few small edits is usually what it takes. Like eprock said, you would try rotating or cropping a few pixels.

I personally like to just add a background layer and mirror the image
 
If you open and save an image on photoshop with no metadata, the original one is removed even if it's the same exact image
 
Get a canva pro account, check market place and use a ecomm template and stick you image in there. Even better modify one to create a template with your style color and fonts for consistency.
