Next head on over to INGdirect/capital one and setup an online account with your UK checking account for attached for transfers (because you need a bank account to get a bank account with them) but then use your Business Address in Delaware on the ING Direct account. Once this account is setup you can actually make as many savings and checking account as you want on your own in the system.

Now you will most likely need a resident agent in Delaware to send you your atm card, pin and confirmation but that should be no problem as you are setting up a business there anyways and need a resident agent for your company.
