How to make a US based Paypal Account for non US

Why do you need that in the first place?
I tried that once. The effort was not worth it. You have to make sure you login from another IP, have a bank account (or something similar), and go through all the verification process.
I never have problems receiving money with non-US account. After all, that is what PayPal is for, right?

For one, you dont need to have proxy, you just need to have a US based address and bank account in the US, that is all. I live in the UK and never been to the USA, incorporated a US business, got a US address and opened a bank account. I verified my bank details. So now when I login to paypal and insert my username it redirects me to .US

Well, only way is find an alternate way of currency like paypal.

lol i am using paypal in pak without any problem no need proxy, My account is unlimited withdraw today again i cash out 500$ with atm without any tension.

yes it is possible. i got all the information i needed for opening up a paypal account on a website i saw online. got charged 310 bucks. I have been using my account with no problem for months now. I live in asia and have been trying to get an online business. the ebook i got was expensive but i guess it was worth it

I am in the process of incorporating a US business and having troubles with setting up US bank account. I have noticed that you managed to setup completely without visiting the States including and most importantly the US bank account. I live in Australia and have a business here as well. So getting the piont: I am trying to find a way of setting up the bank account with out physically going to America. As you have succssfully managed this from the UK i ask kindly if you can help/guide in anyway possible? I will be happy to compensate you for any help! We will be incorporated in Delaware. Okay bud! I have an idea for you.
First off all make sure you have a working checking account in the UK. Next head on over to INGdirect/capital one and setup an online account with your UK checking account for attached for transfers (because you need a bank account to get a bank account with them) but then use your Business Address in Delaware on the ING Direct account. Once this account is setup you can actually make as many savings and checking account as you want on your own in the system.
Now you will most likely need a resident agent in Delaware to send you your atm card, pin and confirmation but that should be no problem as you are setting up a business there anyways and need a resident agent for your company.

One quick mention you may want to create the company under your name ( normally advised not to however) setting it up under your name can make it easier for transfers. Then setup a DBA for what you really want and use that for your marketing and income. It's only about $20 extra a year.

As i'm an Australian resident do you have any advise as to which bank in the states would be best suited to work with for my needs. My Business is eCommerce. I would try the same thing with a starting Bank account in Australia and attach it to an online account here through ING/capital one. When I did created an account like this 3 years ago it worked and it may still work today. ING was an online BANK only with one location in New York however they are huge in investments and got bought out by capital one. SO the only way is to try it.

Not that difficult all you need is a USA private proxy and create the account using the proxy. Never sign into it from any other
IP and try to keep your IP static by not changing it much. Add a virtual bank account and virtual credit card to verify it.

Now the voided check can actually be made with a check maker. I think versa can give you a free one but this is why you would put the business account in your name. SO you can print checks with your information LEGALLY and submit them into ING.
