I cant see this ever working long term for a few reasons.

With anything running on auto pilot in this scenario, unwanted things will slip through. All it takes is for one video with nudity to be published and you are banned.
This isn't what Google want you using YouTube for. They will likely ban you without notice if people complain enough. Christians against homosexuality will be reporting lesbians kissing for sure.
Linking this to an adsense account runs the risk of that adsense getting banned for all other things you use it for.
