I don't know I've never tried, I've just used some 'tendencious' content in some of my videos to get a higher watchtime, but it always ended in a channel ban after a few days due to people reporting the vid.

I had 8+ channels and over 60k subscribers.
I continued to create new channels at some point yt banned all my channels at once
