how to make 100 $/day with 20000 simcard

Here comes interesting off topic question.

In order to mssg my country on whatsapp / SMS its only 11 digits +xxx xx 123 456 ...
I can provide 10-15-20 vary vary cool phone numbers such as 123456 or 666 665 or 000 003 or something like that.

I would register that number on my name have whatsapp and sms come to me and allow via contract to the company to use this in their promotions (cool phone number comes in handy depending how big of a service you are running and there are specific type of businesses that need a cool phone number and deal only with sms/whatsapp such as nighclubs or booking services) .......

Do you think i can sell this service and advertise for this service? To who? How?

I have a Big Shop Store Before along with other CellPhone Accessories and gadgets as well as repair service but since when increased the rental cost and lot of competitors here, So I need to transfer to small ones.
