I think you could make much more creating only instagram accounts. Setup 20k instagram PVA accounts and let them age for 1 month and then you can sell each for $1
The hard part is figuring out how to create such a massive number of accounts.
Don't you need a huge amount of proxies for that? They will cost some $$$ too.

To create 20k accounts you need more than VPN.
Best way is to get a SIM-box and mount few of them to use 4G then create a hotspot out of it, create a PHP script that creates accounts with random fingerprints then submit SMS vertification.
VPNs have limited number of IPs too.

You keep them active because most of them changes after some time automatically and plenty of users share these IPs without spamming, so they have a higher rank of we talk facebook, insta, twitter etc.
And if you create accounts via API interface (such as twitter mobile API account creation) , what you see when you open the app since these communicates differently than your browser. Browser/web interfaces are more secure because its easier to cheat, you will bypass most features since part of the query is your carrier and IP and phone model. You manage to spin this, and you have a winner. I made one I think 2 years ago but didn't use it much. Now Twitter app uses SSL pinning so it's much harder to reverse it.

My advise would be to use them as virtual phone numbers, hire some coder and do the needed. Market rates are like $10 per number or even higher. You can do $3-$5 per number and you will be spammed with orders if you advertise correctly. If you want to make more money then just make a bot which makes social media accounts and use the number. You don't need private proxies. You can use rotating or public proxies to make accounts. Just don't use the accounts and let them stay for some time so that they age. Accounts after that can be sold for $2+ each.
