How to link Payoneer to PayPal

I have a Singapore PayPal account that has already been limited. At the moment it has passed the 180 days so, now I am eligible to withdraw my money. The problem is I have no bank account in Singapore from the same name. Recently I created three transferwise, Payoneer and skrill accounts and tried to add them into my PayPal. But there's an error saying that "Sorry, we are not able to process your request. Please try again later". How can I fix this? Please help.

You can't add payoneer in your paypal account now. Because paypal dont allow payoneer to be connected with them. You can buy a usa bank account and can widthdraw your money into that bank.

How to buy a USA bank account?
 
you are not able to linked payoneer account to paypal, you have to create or buy US bank account (you can get US bank from this forum in pretty cheap price)
