Hello BHW !
How to Keep Your Business Manager Safe During Facebook “Scans”
  1. Stay stable: Don’t add new people or create new ad accounts during sensitive times.
  2. Complete verification: Verify your business, domain, and pixel. Use company emails and official payment methods.
  3. Secure accounts: Enable 2FA, assign clear roles, and limit the number of admins.
  4. Check billing & pages: Make sure payment methods are transparent and remove risky assets.
  5. Follow ad policies: Keep ad content and landing pages clear, transparent, and include a privacy policy.
  6. Use official support: If flagged, prepare documents and respond through Facebook’s official channels.
Key principle: the more transparent you are, the safer and more sustainable your BM will be.

Thank you for sharing useful information. Currently, Facebook is implementing a scan of BM accounts, we should limit continuous operations on those BM accounts to avoid BM deactivation. During the BM scan, I used the backup plan from the personal advertising account. However, in terms of stability, these personal accounts often have more errors than BM accounts. However, this is also a backup plan that can be replaced immediately when BM is deactivated.

Facebook is scanning all BM right now, BM with completed verification will have more chance to survive after it ya. The ads account now is seem error too, take so much effort until it spending normal.

And pray to lizard god zuckerberg, because you can do all of this and then some more and still get banned lol

This is good start tho.

Great tips! Staying transparent, verifying all assets, enabling 2FA, and following ad policies are key to keeping your Business Manager safe. Avoid adding new accounts or people during sensitive periods, and always use official support if flagged.

But currently, FB scans BMs or accounts very strictly. Verified BMs with clear spending history will be allowed to exist, while lower quality BMs are almost restricted, so building a BM from the beginning is very important.

Yes, Facebook is currently very strict. Verified Business Managers with consistent, transparent spend history are much safer. That’s why starting a BM properly from the beginning with real verification, clean billing, and policy-compliant activity is essential for long-term stability.

Great advice! Staying transparent and limiting access is key. thanks for the tips!
