How to join in a Youtube Network now with new policy?

hi guys how are you? i'm be in trouble to be accepted on a network

and i want ask now to be accepted in a network must be accepted on the youtube review right? and soo now of course need to make an adsense account to be accepted on the review and later on the network right? want have more information guys because now with this new rules i don't understand soo much :/ and anyone make a video to help about that, to talk about this

general network, because i have 1 channel with 140 subs and 29k views and no one accepte me for now and there are 1 network say my monetization tab is inactive not disable (which mean another fact) soo about this now i also make a review on the monetization tabs, for this i want to know now what are the process the network do to accepted the channels nowdays

At 140 subs i cant see why you should join any netoworks at all. Firstly grow your channel, focus on the content your making, Grow your audience then you can start thinkin of network. The problem of the starting youtubers is that every single one is thinkin how hes goin to get famous and rich in few months, but trust me its not going to happend. Sometimes 10 years of hard work can give you 1 amazing year that can change your whole life.
A tip: Dont waste your time on youtube networks. Your gonna need a network only if your getting copyright stikes so that absolutely useless. Plus they are stealing your money so you better not think of them for now...

well because i have a similar channel make good money and want scale up, the important are the views not subs at all, but i have huge problem now and of course this channel are similar the upload method because now don't have time to make videos for now, can response at my question please?

Well then just join the scammy Freedom network. They are paying thru paypal and also they are accepting absolutely everyone so just do it. But like i said they are stealing money so be aware of that...

You must open a new Adsense account with you account and wait for Youtube to accept monezitaon. After that you can join a Network if they accept you.

btw i don't understand one point, if i make an adsense and join a netowkr thank the adsense account change into the network or later the adsense account must be verified or the network pay throught paypal?

With new rules channels must be accepted by Youtube, than you can send request to a network. If network accept you channel, you can get your money with netwok's payment channels.

Yeah you have to get accepted from adsense network first then you can contact other networks for approval. Read their TOC as some dont pick new channels

okay but the fact like before the network like zooming or fullscreen doesnt say the minimum requirements to be accepted
