dont give up
had a channel for 6 months that had less then 200 views per video
after 1 video went viral, the channel blew up
and today the minimum views per new video (uploading 3 per week) is 25k

idk man, be persistent, create good content. i am a coder an i automated many of the video editing so things go much smoother. easier for me to create HQ videos

Use YT shorts regularly, use as many keywords as you can, try to buy mb 200 subs its cheap, you can buy advert on other channels or GoogleAds. Write your budget to understand what you can use
 
Also remember about video quality - audio, content etc all must be better than in other channels.
