It really works for low competition websites.
works for any site I'd say.
even for hard competitive niche, adding these to a new site can result in an obvious improve in serps.

Yeah, but it would help mostly people who say "it's been 5 years and still in the sandbox!".

Thanks for the comprehensive list.

I particularly like and appreciate item #15 - people brand mention.

A lot of local SEO practitioners overlook this.

But if you think about it, this is the kind of social proof that can get your local brand over the top, especially if you are in a fairly competitive local business niche.

People brand mentions can also open the door to more detailed testimonials and also can put an everyday consumer's face on your brand.

I can't recommend that enough when it comes to local SEO.

I see a lot of people recommending rank Math plugin to implement schema markups, but "about us" is not among the markups that shows up in rank math.

What do you guys do with this?
I've never added schemas in those pages so I do not know what to do

where did you get those 20 points? is it something you tested?

Just copy Google my business profile structure as template..it has lots of element of e-a-t that you can implement on your site

@walterwit I'm a newbie here. I appreciate your list, thank you.
What/how do you use to measure the EAT score of a site?
