I have created a youtube channel and have uploaded 220 videos. But i have only 3 subscriber and lot of videos have 0 view. Please let me know how to increase subscribers and also how to rank video in youtube search?

You should use proper tags for your videos so it can show in the related videos category, create backlinks for the videos to rank in the google and yeah quality videos matter otherwise you will not get subscribers.
