Thanks for all & your suggestion, I switched my site hosting to one of the top hosting providers. It's costly, But I feel more comfortable and site speed amazing, Also I removed some unwanted plugins on my WP site. This one also killing my site performance,

- Minimize requests of HTTP. It seems to limit your pages designs by keeping them simple, Eg:- Combining CSS/JS filers, Reduce the images you use, CSS sprites.
- Remove unused files and scripts and utilize CDN's
- Browser caching allows assets on your website to be downloaded to your hard drive once into a cache, or a temporary storage space. Those files are now stored locally on your system, which allows subsequent page loads to increase in speed.
