Index count means nothing by itself - Google only shows pages that actually match queries with demand. 200 URLs indexed but zero search volume keywords = zero impressions, totally normal.

You probably have pages sitting on keywords nobody searches or you're buried page 5+ so impressions barely register. Fix is query-first content - pull GSC data, see what tiny impressions you do get, expand those pages around adjacent terms + tighten titles/descriptions to match intent, plus internal links to push priority URLs. Indexing is step 0, relevance + demand is what moves impressions
 
Improve your on page optimization and do proper interlinking. Invest few dollars to acquire some links. Your website is new so focus on low competition keywords and as you grow target mid competitions. While you work on website, promote your site on social media.
 
Impressions = number of times your webpages appeared on search results.

I honestly feel like on-page SEO should be the first focus, before going with back-links. Everyone’s pretending like back-links are some kind of secret sauce that’ll fix everything which it’s not. If site fundamentals are off back-links won’t help.
 
Having many indexed URLs doesn’t guarantee impressions. What really matters is your ranking on Google. If your pages are indexed but rank low, they get very few impressions. To increase impressions, your pages need to rank higher for the right search queries.

Imo, Low impressions usually mean weak search intent match or zero authority

Target queries people actually search, improve titles for CTR, and build a few real links to key pages.

Being indexed doesn't automatically mean you'll get a display. Low impression counts often stem from signal quality, not the number of URLs.
 
Indexed pages don’t guarantee impressions. If there’s no search demand or the pages don’t rank high enough, they won’t show. Fewer, better-targeted pages usually work better than many thin ones.
 
Low impressions usually mean Google isn’t showing your pages often this can happen if your content has low relevance, weak meta titles/descriptions, or thin coverage. Focus on optimizing existing pages for search intent, improving titles/meta, and internal linking to boost visibility.
