Here is a quick killer tip, search on google "do follow commentluv blogs" and go through some results of the search and comment on each do follow blog you find! Remember to use your 'name' in the comments as the anchor text otherwise most blogs would reject your comment !
Within months you would get PR 1 or PR 2 easily !

Here's an old shortcut
When you buy the domain, connect it to the server.. n place a htaccess file inside your public_html
then do a permanent redirect to a PR 9-10 site ( like Facebook)... wait for 3 months and keep it like that n you have it
Dun blame me for the consequences though :breakpc1: ( i think PR doesn't matter anymore these days)

Get back links from many other high PR sites, make sure those sites are do-follow !!

In order to increase the page rank of the site,go for more off page optimization using techniques such as Press lease submission,article submission,social bookmarking,forum posting,blog commenting etc.

I really don't get why so many people are obsessed with Page Rank - it mans nothing to you actually. What matters is Traffic, right? Well, I can tell that even high SERP doesn't guarantee traffic and sales - it's all about proper keyword research.
Screw PR, you don;t have to worry about it, public Page Rank algorithm is updated quarterly as far as I know so current PR0 could easily be PR3. Focus on traffic instead of wasting your time with secondary parameters and stats

There is many ways to increase the PR, but u can only get gradual improvement... means u can do both on-page and off-page SEO with write way that will help to increase you website PR.
How to get PR with no spam:
--> Build back links with High PR Blog directory, Social Bookmarking, Blog commenting, ect...
--> Promote your site throw social signals; facebook share, Twitter tweets, Pinterest Pins etc....
--> Post HQ unique contents on blogs that's look like a readable content and also do your Meta optimization
--> Get a link from well authority domain that will surely increase your PR...
build links with gradual graph is necessary; if u can build 100+ links on one day and no links on another day, it will looks like a spam for Google. so build link daily with constant rate, you will increase your website PR:biggthump

You need to get backlinks from sites with higher PR, but again if you buy links or get unnatural ones, you may get penalized and lose both PR and rankings, so best way is to build quality content that is worthy of backlinks and PR.

Here's an experience that I had about PR:
I had one site with lots and lots of backlinks ranging from PR0 to PR 5 (almost 20K backlinks)....
I bought another domain, where i had just backlinked one PR4 domain and nothing else, i.e. my new site had sitewide backlink from only 1 PR 4 website which wasn't even indexed in google when the last PR update happened.
I was expecting the first site to become PR 3-4 and the second site stay at PR 0, but I was just shocked to see the result. The second became PR 4 and the first site become PR 2 (i guess because almost 50% of the links were from one PR2 site).
So with this result, I can confidently say that if you need a high PR site (i don't know why you need this lol), you just need 1 high PR link and if you just keep backlinking low PR sites, your PR will also dilute..

you will do more and more postings on your page and promote your page at different social networking site so that your page will get more and more publicity this will help in increasing traffic on your page...
