How to Increase feedburner count?

I use pop up domination. but yes it by default does not support feedburner.there is a option to place names which is not required in feedburner. so i just make some slight changes on it. also you should have a post on how to activate feedburner emails. I have 2k+ Active Email Subscribers whereas there is 1k+ Inactive email subscribers. They forgot or may don't know how to click feedburner confirmation email. You should download .csv file and email all inactive email subscribes by putting their email address in bcc in email with , after each one. From gmail in 24 hours you can send upto 500 email.
