If you are targeting a certain niche you want to name your group that niche as well as make sure the url is friendly to that niche.
Also, you can advertise that group in other similar groups and post in the group some of the KWs you are targeting.
Keep it as an open group as you try and build it and that way if someone searches via the FB search bar those posts may show up.

I want to grow 100k likes fb page in viral niche with ads my budget is $1000 can you please suggest me which countries should I target to achieve that goal in minimum time. Actually I want to grow that page as fast as I can.. Ik if I target only US audience my budget wouldn't be enough so, where should I target first to get viral my page..!

That is almost entirely dependant on the quality of your account and the quality of your content.
Group push. Which is actually member-exchanges. Works in 50s batches, usually up to 500 per account / day. Accs with loads of friend in one group are added to the other group for the exchange and then add the "friends" to the other group and vice versa. Pretty blackhat and annoying, but works well. Retention rate up to 90 %.
