Run GSA SER with contextual backlinks. I am doing some new tests with this so far so good. Don't blast all contextual in a day. Take a break and use drip feeding.

I like majestic's TF over DA as it seems to be a better indicator.

To increase it just build high quality links

Just links your website to High Metric as much as you can.

You can spam it with links from high DA sites like .edu or .gov, and that should bump the DA up a little. Or if you have some money, you can purchase a bunch of expired domains with DA, and 301 redirect those expired domains to your site , and that should also bump your DA up a little higher as well.
