You mean gust posting on google news sites ?
Yeah there are some fiverr gigs there, but can not say if they deliver good quality or posting content only to india google news sites.
Do google news sites accept long form written articles or pillar content?

It would be better to share long form content/ pillar content to social media. But as I know DA are Moz metrics and DR by Ahrefs right? So google gives a shit about both, they have their own guidelines only these will count for your site and seo.
 
Everyone starts at zero with a website with DA= 0 so that alone will not get you punished by google.
By the way DA+ DR are metrics from MOZ and Ahrefs (DR) so google gives a shit about them, only their guidelines (google) matters.
You have a website 4 weeks old with 50 posts on it and getting 100-500 high 70-90 doffollow DA backlinks to your whole website (not one one viral post) this will make you suspicious in the eyes of google.

A link pyramid should work till today?
Have a dedicated page , different domain name, huge long pillar content, then blast the link pyramid to this micro page who has a link to your main page. Does this work to make your main site rank faster in google?
 
I think certainly Backlinks. But must be quality and strong.
 
Use backlinks of high authority websites.
 
- many websites not giving do- follow links anymore
- google makes canonical tag worthless,anyone can steal your content and can rank with ( same with rss feeds)
- google says it's forbidden to buy backlinks
