Guys,

I have a small (less than 10) collection of lifestyle / random topic blogs, all in a specific small country TLD.
Some were originally expired domains that used to have good DA, but not anymore, some just need some love.
What is the best type of link building package or strategy to build DA so that when these blogs link off to target sites they have more impact on rankings? Keywords for the blogs aren't important.
Most of the link buying opportunities I see are small volume blog articles + link deals, and the overpriced "on forbes" stuff.

All suggestions or ideas, greatly appreciated.

Youre generally better off focusing on improving DR rather than DA. DA is easily manipulated and probably won’t have as big of an impact on ranking as you’d think.

DR is a better metric, originating from Ahrefs.

all these metrics mean nothing to google though.

Yes, it is a fact that DA can be easily manipulated. I have seen many high DA sites selling backlinks, but when I checked their link profile they inflated DA with google redirect links. These sites did not have any other good quality backlinks apart from these redirects.

@feelsickened So even if you decide to buy backlinks package from any high DA sites to improve your DA, be aware to check their profile first.

As @PHPInjected suggested you should focus on improving DR. Also check DR of the sites from where you plan to buy links in future.

Yes, you are right. Google has nothing to do with DA or DR, but these metrics are very good guiding signals for online marketers like us. So we have to look at them from that perspective. High DA or DR indicates quality sites and that's it.
