Hello im trying to sell an entry for a product and also sign them up for a subscription for the website. But how do i hide the fact that its a subsciption and only state it in the terms of condition. I want to remove this part on the product page and on the checkout. Im using wordpress and a the woocommers subsciption plugin12344.JPG 12355.JPG

I'd try to make the product worth subscribing instead of fooling your visitors, chargebacks aren't your friend and will get you out of business pretty fast.

Why would you even want to trick people into this? Just be legit for god sake. you realise that could be considered fraud ...
Tricking people into a CPA is acceptable, but don't fuck with peoples money like that... that's a bad look.

People who sell subscriptions declare it out loud, unless you are selling sh** and know that people will not want to subscribe!

No trusted reliable merchant will allow this. They also have to follow regulations, and for sure they won't break those rules for ya.

Not to mention that yeah, sure you may make some money by "tricking" people into signing up for a subscription, but you will get your merchant account closed.
High Chargebacks = Hurt the account, and you are bound to get a very high amount of disputes, chargebacks & refund requests. That being said, your merchant will simply close down your account as it's hurting their business.

The only way would be to find a merchant that those Free Trial Nutra CPA offers use, but I'm fairly certain that there will be a big crackdown on that too (IMO probably within the next 1-2 years, maybe 3).

Considering that you're a newbie, don't even attempt negative renewal billing. You'll lose your merchant account quickly.

Folks that are successful with negative renewal billing have a dedicated calling center to help mitigate chargebacks, and also run the billings through multiple mids. Two things that you likely are not even considering, so stay away.

Edit: FYI, many banks will begin to review your account and possibly terminate their relationship with you once you begin to surpass the 2% chargeback threshold. So, if you have 3 people out of every 100 initiate a chargeback, you can say bye bye to your merchant account.

This will get you in trouble you cannot subscribe them without at least an asterisk that then night have a disclaimer at the bottom.

Either way setting yourself up for chargebacks here
