Hello guys,

just a big question is there a way to hide links from showing on Webmaster Tools? Is there any technique for this?

Thanks!

There are many ways-

First make the link rel="nofollow"
Make the site where link is present as noindex (only possible if site is under your control)
Don't make webmaster account.

Thank me later jk

I know that blocking google crawlers this can be achieve, but, is not what I mean basically what I want is for clients not to see PBN backlinks on WMT, so, my question is if there is any parameter you can use on htaccess or robots to achieve this, for example what if I use parameter "noindex" from robots would this show on WMT? Can someone please confirm!

Thanks and appreciate all the help!

Nope, you can't. Noindex does not mean nofollow. If your customers need benefits from your links, you have to let the crawlers follow the links. Nothing you can do. They will see the links.

And what happens if I block google crawler from "domain A" and then redirect this domain to "domain B" which is not blocking google, would that hide links from "domain A" on WMT? and would this redirection work?

Thanks, I accept any sugestions!

Blocking the crawl of the redirect would cause issues. You could link to another domain, but you would lose some of your link value. You could link to another domain that then 302 redirects to the target page, but again you're losing link value. You would still pass PR but you're hopping domains.

But, if you believe the people here, you would be pointing a bunch of domains to ONE domain that then links out, so you're linking your PBN servers/sites together and leaving a footprint. :)

Hey Archon10,

Thanks for the reply, I know it could leave a footprint, but, I don't care about that right now, what I want to know if will work and how much link value it will lose?

Thanks again

You cannot "hide" the link from GWT and still reap the benefits.

So yah, you're SOL.

This isn't possible. If the links are worth anything, they end up on WMT a few months after placement. All you have going for yourself is the delay between placement and the links showing up.

If you don't want your clients to see the PBN links then you'll have to use a buffer.

Well, if a client checks his backlinks and is educated enough to identify PBN links, he could easily find the links to those buffers, too.
