How to Hide From Being Sued

I have a buddy of mine that wants to sell the ability to download torrents.. not actually making a site with torrents on them like p*ratebay but to just simply direct people to a torrent site and sell that as a service. I noticed that businesses/websites like Marketb*ay.com and the like, that sell P2P type of stuff are located offshore in the Bahamas. So i imagine they have to keep clear of lawsuites and the like..

Question: Besides needing offshore hosting/domains, etc. What kind of payment processor could he use to send to an offshore bank? When he investigated the types of payment solutions/processors they (marketb*ay.com) are using, its always something like http://www.secure.safesite*com or something like that.
