one year ago or so , I happen to buy a service offer by one bro here come this , he can push your site in Alexa ranking and yes the result is there.
I saw a good jump in ranking at USA.

But after just one month or so drop

Alexa rank is not permanent....it can up and down anytime..i have seen many authority sites Alexa rank drop
must of the services are fake, if you keep updating your content frequently AR will go up imo
 
Alexa ranking is a kind of a benchmark for a lot of websites in the Balkan region.

They use it as a "how popular is your website" sort of thing.

hmm keep adding content everyone also do the same but end results vary as usual....
