Today create a subreddit which is /r/shoestalk first time. Want to know from expert how to grow subredit subscriber is there any way?

I just watched a video about Reddit marketing on YouTube (Search Engine Journal). The speaker said it is very hard to start a subreddit, kind of like starting a website, and if you want to try, be prepared for a lot of work.

Initially you can send some fake subscribers to it. Then start promoting through social medias, or as mentioned above you can do reddit marketing on youtube.
