For me the first video got 120k views in 5 days and 2nd 88k in 1 week. I did keyword research and when i uploaded the video instantly i sent 1000 views to each video because with 0 subscribers and 0 views is difficult to rank for saturated keywords... I got 200-300 subscribers per video i left now with 680 subscribers from 2 videos
I would recommend if you don't have subscribers to make at least 5 lines of text in the description and put a lot of keywords in the title like " Brutal School Fights Crazy Compilation 2018 ( like this )
