I have heard many things about these YouTube channels that can accept bots and don't automatically clear the views. These are the top earning channels and I have heard rumors about employees being in on this.

How do you get one of these channels?

Would it make 0 sense to start a YouTube channel on a channel that isn't whitelisted or can accept views?

Does the age of the account matter for this or no?

You need to join a CMS (content management system) to have your channel whitelisted. Or else like you said, yes there are some people, such as indians who run channels with things like "full movie re-uploads", are rumored to know staff working inside of YouTube and have bribed them to whitelist their channels manually, or they might even be YouTube staff themselves who are working on the backend, and running channels as side business.
