How to get verified on IG?

Hi,

I have quite a large number of followers on my business IG page and want to know what steps I can take to increase/ensure my chances of getting verified (blue tick) on Instagram. My IG is linked to my domain, twitter, facebook, phone number, email etc.

Is there anything else I can do to improve my chances of verification on IG or any other social media (Twitter/FB) for that matter.

Either have a big PR agency behind you, who can get you your badge no matter what number of followers you have

or

Grow very big on other social media (mainly Facebook and Twitter), get verified there, then grow very big on Instagram (we're talking 500k+)
