i have already applied for a study permit for usa , with more than 200k dollars in my bank account ,
my applcation got refused three times , the reason : " you didn't satisfy the officer that you would go back to your home country after your studies "
now , i'm going to apply for study permit in canada .

There are better ways to convince V.O you'd be returning.
Do you have a business running? Do you have siblings you care for? Do you have parents that depend on you and sort? I need you need some transcripts to see how best these folks do it.
...Depends! Student VISA cost around 200$... You should have secured admission with school intended before even approaching.

Why would want to pay 200k$ for a VISA you can easily get denied by someone with 2-balls

Trump is already sending all Indians back. After your studies getting H1B VISA would be very tough.
My cousin got their VISA extension rejected twice, he had all proper documents & everything was legit.
Canada is the best choice if you're willing to study & get a PR. Just, get good points in IELTS.
