If you submit your article on multiple web 2.0 sites then Google considered your content as a spam. So, It's better to don't try to copy paste your article in multiple web 2.0 sites.

For getting traffic you can try forum posting, blog commenting and social media marketing activities.

And as far as content, you shouldn't just repost your content on different web 2.0 sites; but rather, you can rewrite or piece together short summaries or entire original rewrites for those sites. This way you won't be shooting yourself in the foot by having third party sites compete directly with your content.

You can share and post your site on social media, But don't share your blog post/article content in multiple web 2.0 sites or any article submission sites.
