Hey Guyz
Hope you are all doing good.
I start a health blog a few days ago and I want to get traffic on my blog. can you please tell which are the best method to get traffic on the new blog.
Also please let me know can I submit the same article on multiple webs 2.0 ?
looking for a good answer from all of you

Approach people with big social profiles and see if they will plug the article on your behalf :)! quick and easy.
 
If long term, then add this site to google webmaster stools and follow all the little hints in there.
 
Make sure you have great content on this. If you do, more people will want to visit your blog and word will get out.
 
Promote your site in google & facebook Ads, Build your link with correct keyword, On page work is more important to drive the traffic :-) Using above of the tactics you definitely get unique traffic :-) best of luck
 
Be consistent in your posting and also aim at posting great content. If you have quality on your blog definitely people will come and come again and again.
 
I'd focus on social media promotion. Some shoutouts on IG on health related accounts
 
Nope Dude, if you submit the same articles on multiple site..it will leads duplicates content and it may affect your site
 
Be sure of your quality content which will make number of readers to visit your site.Involves in updating your unique content regularly as to look fresh and interesting.And also promote your site in social media to get more traffic.Don't try to submit the same article on multiple sites which may harm or ban your site.

As it is health related blog so you have to update the content regularly and the content should be unique and fresh. Promote it on facebook and twitter.
 
IT will take some time to get indexed. So in the mean time start some Social Media promotion.

With your niche, you can basically promote it on any social media platform, from Pinterest to Facebook.

With social media you can get the fastest results. Especiallyf if you try to do a journey type with multiple accounts promoting your main account.

FOr multiple accounts:

USE MAIN ACCOUNT AS PURE WHITE HAT

Create a bunch of secondary accounts and automate them.
 
Dominating social media could be the best approach you can use. But really, this could be another hell of effort beside you have to update your blog daily. You can start outsource for this I suppose.
 
It really depends on the niche you are working with. Though I can tell for sure that social media traffic gives good conversion especially if you work with CPA offers.
