I would say write your website content in english and in your google gsc set target USA region, do the same (when possible) on Twitter,IG and Linkedin and you should be good to go.

I would recommend building links from domains that have a high percentage of US-based traffic, getting active on social media and groups, and include paid ads if your budget allows.
