search top10 websites under specific keyword -> click on the site you want to check ->choose "anchor text". It will look for all links with keywords ;)

For keyword tool you can use google adwords or wordtracker but wordtracker is a paid tool.

I haven't found a decent tool or website that provides this. There are loads of SERP checkers out there but none ever seem to work. I'v tried loads, put a URL that ranks on page 1 of google and most of them came back saying it wasn't even ranking for that keyword!

I did find one that seems to work, but it only checks the top 25 positions. I'll post up the link if i can find it later.

    https://adwords.google.com/select/KeywordToolExternal

    http://freekeywords.wordtracker.com/

Here are both of the links I use for keyword research. Wordtracker has a free, limited result, ( 100 results per search ). Google is the better of the two and gives completely unlimited results.

The difference between the two is that google will give you a much more current standing on the searches, as well as the rounded, estimated volumes of not only your desired keyword but related keywords and phrases of the target keyword.
